Our polyurethane rollers have a high performance in physical mechanism, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and a wide hardness range from 30 Shore A to 90 Shore D. With hardness over 97 Shore A, our polyurethane roller can still retain an excellent flexibility performance, and is widely used in steel, metallurgy, textile, paper making industry.

Meanwhile, with a low hardness from 35~55 Shore A, our polyurethane roller have a surface roughness of over 0.4μm, an excellent solvent resistance performance and consistent swelling properties, which can meet a high speed of over 120m/min in machines set. It is a critical component in metallurgy plate painting machine set and color painting production line, as it directly relate to the quality of painting and color painting as well as painting efficiency.
